iTunes library madness

Hi guys,
i have my iTunes library stored in my NAS, and i just switch my old hdd with a new ssd to celebrate Yosemite launch. I make a fresh installation but i can't figure out how to use my old library.
In the preference i modified the iTunes Media directory location but still nothing happen..

Anyone?
