Is it possible to have an iTunes library on a Time Capsule and have two different computers access it?

Up till now, I have kept my iTunes library on my MBP, but I would like to have it available on my Windows PC as well, so I am hoping that I can move it to my Time Capsule drive, and have both computers access the same library. Also, I would like to be able to manage my iPod using my MBP and my iPod using either the MBP or the PC. The iPod is currently formatted for the Mac, but I would also like to take the opportunity to re-format it as a Windows compatible drive, and re-sync the music back on to it.

The option to manage the iPod from either computer isn't that essential to be honest, the main thing I want to be able to do is to have the iTunes library accessible from either computer.

Thanks,

Dave.
