ITunes library use thru Blu-ray Home Theatre

Have an IMac OSX 10.8; Itunes 10.63 w/an app "EyEConnect" for use with Router/Modem/ WiFi, to a Sony Blu-ray Home Theatre Sys.

How do you access an Artist or Album/Artist Alphabetically ? And most of the time the Album Songs are Alphabetically instead of Album Numerical order.
