iTunes lost links to my files-- Showing !

In switching from my Drobo hooked via USB to my Drobo via Droboshare, several hundred of my songs now have the ! beside them.

I don't want to go manually point to all of these. What is the best way to get iTunes to find them all again? Thanks.
