Ok, so here is my issue. I currently have a MB, with a 160GB hard drive, and a plenty of backup hard drives. I used iTunes to "manage my library" and activate "copy to iTunes" whenever I am importing Music. But for movies, I keep all of those on an external.

Now here is what I want...

A Mac Mini with plenty of external/internal hard drive space and my entire iTunes Music, movie and TV shows all stored on it with iTunes handling the organization of everything, not just music. Then, I want my MacBook to act almost like an iPod, where I can choose to "sync" certain playlists, namely all or most of my music and perhaps a playlist of movies. Hopefully, then, I can take my laptop anywhere and have access to all my music, but not waste tons of HDD space with movies.

Is this possible? And how so?

Thanks!
