On my macbook pro, I have a problem. On iTunes, every time I move or click on anything the keyboard backlight turns off. I have installed backlight visualizer on itunes, and believe this is related.

If anyone has any knowledge of anything in this area of apple software, please help. I'm not sure what to do as it has gotten very annoying.

Does the problem persist if you uninstall the backlight visualizer and restart? If not, it's safe to state the cause. ;)

If that doesn't fix it, come back and we'll see what we can do.

I'll try that, and come back to this to tell you what happened.
Thanks!

When I took out the quartz backlight visualizer, itunes worked perfectly, thus I am deleting it because of the problem, and because I rarely use it.

Thank you!
