iTunes, Mail incomplete after Leopard

I updated with an Archive and Install, but did not migrate my entire set-up. I've got everything working well except 2 things:

1 - in iTunes I have all my music, but my playlists aren't there. I have my Previous System file available, but I'm what to move to bring the playlists back.

2 - in Mail I'd like to get my old mail I had put in other mailboxes.

Any idea how to fix these two problems.
