iTunes manual install from extracted packages

Hello,

Is it possible to manually install the iTunes from the extracted packages and make it work?
Any experience?

That's because I got iPhone6 with iOS 10 that works only with iTunes 12.5, but one of my older mbps is capable to use Lion only and iTunes 12.2 so. With that configuration the iTunes doesn't connect the iOS10 iPhone, as well as iPhoto from time to time. There is some change in kexts that operate the connection process and validation of iPhone response.
So I'm testing different solutions to overcome this problem.
