I have iTunes match, i just looked on my iMac. I have literally thousands of empty playlists i mean thousand. I can't even tell how many i have because it freezes my iTunes. When i open the music app on my iPhone it now crashes. I tried turning iTunes match off on the computer and iPhone and playlists are still there. If anyone has experience with this let me know.

55000 playlists.

Its messed ip

Yeah i litearlly have 55000 playlists. It has managed to crash the music apps on all my devices to the point of no return. I am running a script to delete them from my computer but iTunes match still has them,.

You mean you didn't create that many, something weird happened?

That's very odd! On your phone, after they're deleted try toggling match off, then back on.

i did

Now these blank playlists are on my iTunes match they keep resyncing...i will need to call apple i guess..

No

I did not create them. I made 1 on my iPhone. It somehow duplicated the playlist name 55000+ times onto iTunes match. I am freaking out. My iTunes takes 20 minutes to load and 20 more to disable iTunes match

no

Its not any of my devices. Its the actual itunes match. Since there is no actual portal to see all the contents, there is no way for me to delete them. So everytime i reactivate it the playlists just populate.
