I thought before I signed up for iTunes match I did enough research, I guess I did not.
I have a music library of about 45K songs. I have the library cataloged perfect as many of you do.
Once I did iTunes match (It took 3 days total to match) it updated the tags in what seems like all of my Purchased songs (about 2K) to how they were tagged when I bought them.
I am going through updating all the tags whos Genres changed as they are the easiest to ID. Is there any way to see all of the tags that were changed or stop the tags from changing when i use iTunes match.
I did back my music up but I fear if i revert back to the original folder and use match again it will just change all of the tags.
