iTunes Match error

I have an issue with one song and i have not been able to fix it. You can see here the little iCon. When i try to download it i get this error. I have tried to just delete the song but that does not work either.

I was able to work it out. I restarted iTunes and this time instead of trying to download the song, which always resulted in the weird little circle exclamation point icon. I just deleted it right away, this worked.
