iTunes Match Files or copy Itunes Music Folder

How is everyone enjoying Mountain Lion so far? Ok, my question is instead of copying my itunes music folder over into my Imac harddrive should I just download all of the songs in the cloud saving time? All of my songs are in the cloud so I wouldn't be loosing any files.
