iTunes Match getting Hung Up on New Device

I upgraded my wife to an iPhone 5 and am taking her 4S. The iCloud restore went beautifully, no problems, but I'm finding an odd issue with my music. Music seems to be getting hung up in trying to load in my iTunes Match information. All I get is the attached image. Occasionally the progress bar will go across, but my music never appears. The app freezes and then comes back to the iCloud loading icon.
