iTunes Match/iCloud Alternatives?

Are there any good and reliable alternatives for iTunes Match/iCloud, either streaming or temporary caching of songs etc. I ask because over the pond we don't have access to it yet.

I'd considered dropbox but wondered if there were any better alternatives.

I didn't want to go buy an Apple tv just to listen to my library on my home theater. As far as outside of the home on a cloud I got nothing.

I've already got the PS3 media server installed - which works wonderfully might i add.
However i was looking for something more on the go
