Itunes Match Question

can anyone answer the following?!

I want to sign up for it when it comes out but....
Will it convert all my songs that aren't 256 kbps to it?
If i decide to cancel my subscription, will i still have access to the matched music locally that has been upgraded?

Thanks. I want to get the service to upgrade my music and then cancel it. I don't think i need the cloud to transfer my stuff....

Do you mean, can you pay $25.00 once to convert them all, push them to all your devices, then keep them there.

I'm sure he same thing case occured to everyone.

Perhapps they will be DRM wich won't function once your Match account has expired?

Time will tell.
