iTunes Match Service Down?

As of yesterday, my iTunes Match has been stuck in a loop... every time I restart iTunes it runs iTunes match and freezes on Step 1 after about 98% of my songs.... and just sits their for hours.

Seems others are having the issue to:

Same here. Almost 24 hours waiting. Have tried in two computers
