iTunes match steaming?

I'm running iOS 6b2 on my 4S, and while I can stream rather than download all of my iTunes match songs, sometimes they'll stream in horrible quality, while other times they'll stream in high quality. This is all over the same 4G connection, with some songs never streaming in high quality and others switching between the two. Is anyone else having these kinds of issues? How does Match determine which quality to stream in?
