iTunes match stream over cellular

i would like to be able to stream songs using my cellular network on iTunes match. i am able to both stream and download over wifi, but the option to steam is disabled over cellular. i can download the song but can't stream it over cellular. how do i do this?

Go to Settings then to Cellular make sure both the Cellular Data is on and the cellular data for Music app is on.
