Itunes Match Stuck in iOS 6

Hello!

It seems that all of my apple products are gunked up in some way... software going downhill?

Anyways... since "upgrading" my iPhone to iOS 6 my ipod app with match isall wonky

I tried downloading a few playlists, which worked fine before. They got stuck in their download, as I could see in the itunes app/download... hundreds of songs "waiting" or just stuck in download.... I try turning off match in every way, i try deleting all my music, the downloads are keeping me from downloading app upgrades (and so I cannot use any of my apps)...

... what do i do?
