itunes match

I recently had to reinstall my computer (not from a backup) and my itunes match I wanted to re-add my computer but all I get was error message that their was already an apple ID tied to my computer and I need to wait 90 days. I emailed and called up itunes support and they are not able to do nothing what so ever not even refund or extend my service by couple of months. What would be my next step since iTunes is unhelpful with this matter?

I got this when I got a new phone. The store said I had an account synced with it, and the 90 day thing.
I had to wait 90 days and it went away

The thing is that once my 90 days are over my subscription would already been ended.
