if I take the MobileSync Backup folder and put it on USB then authorize a different Mac will I be able to restore from this?

anyone? No one knows the answer to this?
I want to take my backup on my computer in Japan with me overseas on USB and use on my computer overseas.
Possible?
EDIT: Maybe I have to put the apps from the iTunes Media folder on the USB too or would the apps be included in the MobileSync folder?
