iTunes media folder

I recently got a new imac to replace my older imac. I copied over the old iTunes media folder from a backup I had. Everything works. But I realized that all new music I add is in a new (second) iTunes media folder. I have. Are sure that everything is copied to the media folder and am in the process of copying (consolidating) the library and it appears the music is copying over. But stuff like audiobooks and ringtones aren't. Should I just manually copy these over after the music is done? Also. I assume I can then delete the older iTunes media folder ?
