iTunes media storage...out of space!

Hi,

I've got a 2TB drive (daisy chained to another 2TB drive for automatic time machine backup) full of movies, music and tv shows which I access primarily through iTunes. I want to add another 2TB drive (and another for backup) to my set up so I can continue to build my media collection. What am I going to to need to do to get iTunes to agree to see the media on both drives?
