iTunes: Missing files..? forcing me to double click everything to reupdate.

So I have all my movie/video files on an external HDD and I didnt plug it in one day when I was updating my iPhone. now i have all these "!" next to the movie files and my movies won't sync with my iPhone unless i double click it to actually show that it's still there.

Tell me there's an easy way so I don't have to double click 221 video files..

Close iTunes. Plug In HDD. Re-open iTunes.

Everything should be fine.
