iTunes Movie Audio Issue

Today I downloaded a movie from iTunes and twice during the viewing the audio to my headphone cut out, and I heard a pop when the audio cut back in. I have streamed music from iTunes and Amazon without a problem. Maybe I got a bad download for the movie?

Could this we a CPU issue?
