iTunes movie clip - "Stop Time" not working

This is a minor problem, but I set a "Stop Time" for a video clip in iTunes but it doesn't seem to take effect. The video plays past the stop time as if nothing has been entered at all. Is this a bug or am I missing something when it comes to the "Stop Time" feature?
