Itunes Movie Store ?

Hey guys ... I have a question .... Im thikning in buying a movie from the Itunes Movie Store.

A few question if I buy the movie from there will I be able to:

Burn the Movie in a DVD so I can watch the movie on my TV ?
Does this Movies bring also the special features that some movies bring or it just the movie itself?

No burning and I'm not sure on the special features. I would guess no.
