Itunes movies in UK Store

I noticed around the time of nov last year macrumours and many other sites posted how the Uk itunes store was to get tv shows and movies in the next two weeks, well this did happen for tv shows which im greatful for but when are movies coming to the store.
US itunes has had movies since 06 surely it cant take this long to work out a deal and sort it out.
Any info would be greatly recieved.

Alas… it seems it does take that long to make a deal.
I don't think for a moment Apple and the studios would withhold distribution if a deal has been struck.

Just a load of recalcitrant p*ssheads not willing to relax their grip.
