iTunes Movies

I have just tried to rent a movie of iTunes, when I clicked "RENT FILM" it took me to the terms & conditions page. I agreed and it took me back to the iTunes movie store. The money for the film had come out of my account but no film is or has been downloaded.

I've plugged in my iPod but nothing has happened no movie has been synced.
Is there an error that I have done or should I contact Apple about this?
