Itunes & MP3 Artwork not showing.

When i download a song, the file has no artwork, so i go into itunes do some research on the song find the correct name for it etc and then find the artwork and the picture shows correctly.

however when i then go to the file in the music folder the icon does not change to the picture of the artwork? WHY?

its annoying.

see attached Macklemore & Ryan Lewis - Can't Hold Us (Ft. Ray Dalton) has artwork in itunes but not in the folder where its located.

just in the finder, the artwork is in iTunes though. another thing is if i click on more info on the mp3 in the finder it shows me the image as well.
