I had my fiance as the sole member of my iTunes Music family plan. She was able to stream music anytime. She wanted to buy music for a dance class so she could use another program to "cut" the songs to appropriate length for the dance. She didn't want to use my card for reimbursement reasons. 45 minutes after I removed her from my family on iCloud under settings, I added her back to the family. It says shes part of the family and I received the confirmation email from Apple. She cannot play music. It's asking her to sign up for the three month trial. She has signed in an out of her Apple id, reset the phone and closed the music and iTunes apps. She still can't stream music. What can we do?

Did your fiancé iTunes music plan bought before the introduction of Apple Music? Cause when apple music was released, iTunes Match was combined with Apple Music.
