iTunes Music folder to iTunes Media folder

I just noticed when I transferred some purchases from one computer to another that iTunes added a iTunes Media folder to the iTunes folder and had a new organization from the older iTunes Music folder. I was wondering if there was a way to transfer contend from the iTunes Music folder to the iTunes Media folder automatically? I like the new structure alot more then the older, frankly I always found it funny that the iTunes Music folder had all your TV shows, movies and podcasts.
