Moved my MP3s from my PC to my Mac, I have all my MP3s in an MP3s folder, under that folder is each band in their own folder. I am trying to add them to my itunes music library, pointing the preferences to the main MP3s folder but it shows nothing. How do I get it to add my music?

Have you deselected the option of copying your music?

After that you can just drag your music folder to iTunes and everything will stay in its right place.

No I do not have that checked, that means it will actually make another copy of my entire library?

If it is not checked, iTunes will not make another copy of your music, and just uses the folder(s) you dragged onto iTunes for playing music.

But even if you do that (dragging your music/mp3 folder onto iTunes), iTunes won't show any music in your library?

I dragged it in like you said and all is good now, thanks!
