iTunes Music Match

When I first signed up for Apple Music, iTunes kept trying to upload my existing mp3's for Music Match. Unfortunately not everything was uploaded in its entirety. Is there a way to see these files and delete the ones that are only a few seconds in length?

What if I wanted to start fresh? I no longer have the PC I first did this with. I could have to re-sync with my iMac which I haven't done yet.
