This morning I purchased several songs on iTunes On my phone. Initially after the purchase was approved the $1.29 price button changed to a play button. But then that immediately reverted back to the $1.29 button. I checked my Music app and none of the songs were shown in my library, neither the main library nor the downloaded library list. I went back to iTunes, tapped that $1.29 button again and got the message that I had already purchased the song and did I want to download it again for free. I tapped download and checked the Music app again but none of the songs were shown. I checked my wife’s phone and ipad, which are not on any beta, and all songs appear there in her Music app. We use the same Apple ID for such purchases.
Signing out of the media and purchases account and then back in did bring the purchased songs into the Music app on both my iPad and phone. However I went back to the iTunes Store and made another purchase with the same result. Price button reverted to price and song was not shown in the Music app even though I got the message that it had already been purchased when I tapped the price button again. And agin that song appeared on all devices, macs, phone, ipad, that are not on any beta. At this point I would have to sign out of that account and back in after every such purchase to get them to be downloaded.
