iTunes music stops after 3 seconds

I've downloaded an album from iTunes and two tracks on it will only play for 3 seconds, then they drop through to the next track. I can't see any difference in the properties of the tunes compared to others that play the full length, apart from slightly different lengths and file sizes obviously.

Any ideas?

Yes, just did it earlier on today and it worked. Can't see why, the file seems the same but obviously isn't.

Anyhow, wished I hadn't bothered, it's a rubbish track . First 3 seconds were quite good though!
