Where do i direct questions about issues with customer service with itunes? I didnt' see it on the home page, unless i missed it, which is weird.

They do all the iTMS support over the Internet.
Go to your country's Apple support page, and pick the iTunes section. For example, the support pages for the US store are here, but do use your own country because each has its own staff for at least some activities. Click on the link that most closely matches your problem, then fill out the form on the page that appears.
