hello, all. itunes is mysteriously opening every 30 sec, and i don't know why. i quit it, and a little later it is open again. the only irregularity that might have caused it is this morn i bought my first album(monkey buisness- MY FAV ALBUM OF ALL TIME). before this i have only bought songs. any help?

i think it might have something to do with the widget. I think other people are having this problem too....
Phat_Pat is probably right. The iTunes widget has spawned some erratic behavior, and should basically not be used.
Other potential culprits is if a song/playlist (or even iTunes.app itself) has snuck its way into your login items.
Or if there's an iPod connected/music CD inserted (or the machine thinks so).
