iTunes naming convention when exporting

Hi guys,

I need to export from my iTunes library a lot of songs and I really dislike the naming convention that iTunes gives to each single track

tracknumber trackname.mp3

I really would like to change it, at least adding the artist name at the beginning

do you know if there is a way to do it or if there is some sort of plugin that does it?
