Is this possible.

Mac "A" and "C" have access to a central mac's "B" itunes, so they can add songs in the party shuffle and the music can play across the network through their speakers?

Yeah, just point iTunes on each of your 3 computers to the hard-drive of computer B, that way all computers have access to the same music.

Note: If you only wanted to playback on any machine you could just use Sharing, but if you want to be able to modify the music/playlists etc then you'll have to set up each computer to use hard-drive B as the location of it's music library.

Thanks for that swiftaw, would it be possible that if each of these machine where in different rooms (but too close to compete and be playing different music) could mac "C" select a song and have it come out of both speakers simultaneously through the network?
