iTunes Never Backed-Up

So I got an iPhone 4 rocking the 4.3.3 firmware with iTunes 10.3.1. I know their was alot of issues about problems "Syncing" iOS devices with the recent updates but hear is my problem. the Back-Up option DOESN'T COME UP AT ALL!!! I even sync the actual device and it doesn't even consider "Backing-Up." I tried reinstalling iTunes, restoring my iPhone and nothing. I even check the Itunes recent backups and NOTHING. Please help....im stuck lol. Thank you for considering
