iTunes no longer showing any items in "purchased"

Title says it all! in my "purchased" screen on iTunes I have nothing showing in "Music" or "Apps" or any of the other categories.

I am running iTunes 10.4.0.80 on a Windows 7 Machine
Everything shows up on my iPad. (I have a Verizon iPhone so I can't check it there)

Any suggestions from the group?
