All iPads iTunes no longer syncing music to iPad

For some reason my iTunes doesn't sync any music to my iPad that I add to my iTunes library. It still syncs all the music to my iPhone fine though.

Does anyone know what could be wrong?

I haven't changed anything in my iCloud settings for months. I don't think that's the problem.

Does anyone know why this could be happening?

I even backed up, wiped my iPad and restored from iTunes but my music still won't automatically sync when I connect my iPad anymore. I have to do it manually.
