iTunes not adding artwork for movies

I right click -> get info -> go to artwork. i then drag a file of the movie artwork i want to add, or just open the artwork file.

that all works fine but when i then click 'ok' it never adds the artwork.

ive tried this several times but can't get it to work. anyone else having these problems?

I'm not sure why iTunes does this but I also had this problem.

I fixed it using MetaX, which allows you to embed the artwork you want into the tag, forcing iTunes to display it - http://www.kerstetter.net/index.php/projects/software/metax
