iTunes not copying movies - Incorrect file format

Hey Guys,

I was running Windows 7 32 bit RC for ages on my laptop and all my podcasts downloaded and synced to my ipod fine

Now that i've upgraded to Windows 7 64bit RTM, i get an error message with some of my podcasts every so often saying that i didn't not copy video -------because the file type was not supported on this ipod, even though i downloaded them through itunes and before they worked fine, and i have over a GB of space on my ipod touch 2nd gen 8GB

Any one any ideas?
