Hello,

I just did a system upgrade, and it seems that iTunes is not detecting any of my devices.

I am using Mac OSX Snow Leopard 10.6.5 and iTunes 10.1

When I plug in the iPhone 4, it does start charging it, but doesn't get detected in iTunes. But when I plug in the iPod Touch (first generation), it isn't recharged or detected.

I have browsed the forums and found no answer on this matter. Anyone else here who has experienced this problem or might no a solution?

Help is much appreciated.

I can't help, but the exact same thing is happening to me! I bought a new iMac this past weekend, i've gone through every step i've read on here, uninstalling, reinstalling, different cords all of it, and it still won't sync. It did once, just enough to delete all my songs, and now my iphone 3GS is stuck with no music! iphoto recognises it but not itunes!
