iTunes not keeping library organized

OK, I've always had the setting for keeping the library organized on, and now when I correct some artist names by adding missing accents, it still keep those files in artist directories without accents, leaving me with separate directories: artist with accent for those files that were imported that way, and without accent for those which were originally wrong.
