iTunes not opening on fresh install

So I recently decided to do a clean install on my rMBP of Yosemite. No matter what I do iTunes will not open.

I cannot open audio files to make iTunes open or click through from the dock either. It is up to date according to the AppStore also? Is there any way of force opening the app in some way?
