Itunes not recognizing iPhone

So I restored my laptop back to its factory state to clear up some crap that was installed.

Re-downloaded iTunes, and trying to connect my iPhone (jailbroken), but I get error 0xE8000012

What is this, and how do I resolve this?

Any quick way to get my photos saved so that I can have them back on my phone after I restore??

I've only got my contacts saved in iCloud

You can ssh into the phone to get them. I'm guessing programs like diskaid wouldn't be able to talk to your phone if itunes can't.

Nevermind iPhone is recognized in My Computer. I was able to get my pictures off the phone from there.

I can just reset phone from Phone Settings and start from scratch correct?
