Hey,

Whenever I open up iTunes on Vista x86 it appears empty with all my playlist, videos etc. gone. The folder that iTunes gets my music from hasn't changed. When I open iTunes the iTunes Library Extras and iTunes Library Genius are always sent to the recycle bin and there is nothing I can do to stop that from happening. When I check my music folder new versions of those files are there. I am really scared that I won't be able to get my music back as I have a lot.

Any help would be really great.

Thanks.

ok as i didnt get any help i decided to just add all my music back into itunes the hard way. but now i have lost all by ratings and playlists. will i get them back if i plug my ipod and iphone into the computer?

There are software that will get your playlists and music from your ipod. That might be your best bet.
